Key Features
Open the towers, Pack-a-Punch & shield
- Cut a challenge-banner rope in the Arena with a melee attack. Complete its first three tasks and claim each reward at your podium; the third supplies a Pack-a-Punched Strife, and the central cauldron becomes available for the Acid Trap. Open the four towers, ring each altar-room gong and kill its summoned champion. Carry the four heads to the spikes around the Temple altar to reveal Pack-a-Punch.
- Danu and Ra share one tower pair; Zeus and Odin share the other. Take the bridges and underground corridors to reach all four altar rooms.
- Keep your crowd affinity positive until you have the jar for the Orion quest. Deliberately lowering it for Danu first creates extra work.
- Recommended loadout: a reliable bullet weapon for precise Ra kills, Serket’s Kiss for crowds, and a repaired shield. Dying Wish or Winter’s Wail can protect longer interactions.
- Collect one shield part from each spawn group below, then build the Brazen Bull on the workbench in the back corner of The Pit. Obtain Death of Orion from its quest or the Mystery Box and Pack-a-Punch it into Serket’s Kiss. The shield’s gun is required for the Ra bull targets.
- Horns, Ra Altar Room: wall between the gong and stairs; pillar beside the Trebuchet wallbuy; or wall beside the zombie window closest to the perk statue.
- Blade, Zeus tower: Bath House ledge by the stairs; statue’s hand on Entrance level beside the Arena doorway; or statue base on Altar level by the nearby zombie window.
- Barrels, Odin tower: Cauldron pillar beside the Mystery Box; shield shelf at the top of the Entrance stairs; or around the corner from the Altar stairs.
Deterministic Death of Orion acquisition route ↗ · Optional Iron Bull upgrade ↗
- Re-Pack a bullet weapon until it has Fire Bomb for Danu. Later, Zeus requires Kill-O-Watt, so plan another weapon or pay to change the effect after Danu. Start burning the pyre wood as soon as an axe-throwing Gladiator is available; use its waiting rounds to finish the wonder weapon and perks.
Recommended: use the guaranteed Orion quest if the box has not supplied it while gearing up. A box Orion works for every main-quest step and skips the statue head, acid, jar and poison-box route.
Main Quest
Danu — skull, fertilizer & tree defense
- After Pack-a-Punch opens, inspect the skull walls in the Temple for the blue-marked skull shown below. Face it, activate your Specialist and interact; collect it from the floor. Put it in the active grinder in Flooded Crypt and fire fully charged Orion shots until it grinds. Take the bone meal from the bottom.
- Search below all four god emblems; the pillars in front of and behind Pack-a-Punch; both flanking walls; and the skull sections on each side of the upper stair exits. These cover the twelve documented spawn spots.
- The grinder has three possible positions, all in Flooded Crypt. Check the recessed wall sections around the room.
- The base Orion takes three fully charged shots; the upgraded version can finish sooner. Watch the grinder and collect its output rather than counting partial-charge shots.
The quest skull has a blue symbol on its forehead; ordinary skulls do not. - Check these three Flooded Crypt wall recesses for the active grinder. Insert the skull before firing charged shots; then collect the bone meal from its lower tray.
Flooded Crypt grinder position 1. Flooded Crypt grinder position 2. Flooded Crypt grinder position 3. - Lure an axe-throwing Gladiator so its thrown axe hits one of the Arena’s two wooden pyres. Pick up the broken wood and place it on the chain over the large cauldron in Odin Tower: Cauldron. Let two complete rounds pass, then return and collect it once charred.
The remainder of the round when you place the wood is not a full waiting round. The helper keeps placement and readiness separate.
Bait a thrown axe into either Arena pyre. Collect the broken wood dropped by the pyre. - Lower crowd affinity to a full red thumbs-down and collect the dung gift the crowd throws into the Arena. Combine dung, bone meal and charcoal in the bowl at Zeus Tower: Bath House. Inspect it after a full non-special round and collect only when the mixture is ready; if it is not ready, allow another round.
- Running through Arena fire or throwing grenades into the crowd lowers affinity. Retrieve the jar for Orion first if using its quest.
- Dung costs points on pickup. Confirm you collected the gift instead of only seeing it land.
- Older walkthroughs budget two full bowl rounds. Readiness in your match is the deciding signal.
Zeus Tower: Bath House bowl where the three fertilizer ingredients combine. - Place the prepared fertilizer between the two trees in Danu Tower: Arboretum. This starts a separate wait: allow two full non-special rounds until it emits green smoke. Trigger a Fire Bomb kill with a zombie standing directly over it. Blue cracks in the floor confirm the activation.
Merely shooting a Fire Bomb-equipped gun is insufficient: its alternate-ammo explosion must trigger at the fertilizer. If there are no blue cracks, check the green smoke and repeat a correctly positioned kill.
Blue floor cracks confirm the Fire Bomb activation. - Have everyone stand on the cracked area for about fifteen seconds. In the altered Danu tower, survive and shoot the red growth on the tree until it bursts and the next floor opens. Take the Max Ammo, move up and repeat through all three floors. The return teleport confirms Danu is finished.
Keep moving around the tree while clearing enemies. Use the wonder weapon to open space and your strong damage weapon on the red target. Do not stay downstairs after the route upward opens.
Ra — bull targets & the symbol kill order
- Find the four bull-head targets active in your match and ignite each with the Brazen Bull’s gun. Each target summons an axe Gladiator in the Arena. Kill it and watch its soul travel to Ra before moving on. Once four souls arrive, Ra’s obelisk is ready.
- Search Danu Altar Room through its outside window; the wall beyond the Zeus–Odin bridge; and Ra Burial Chamber through the broken-wall opening.
- Underground, check Flooded Crypt, Danu Tunnel, The Pit, Odin–Zeus Temple Entrance and the Temple near the Swordfish wallbuy. Also check the Arena target.
- Only four of the possible positions are active. The linked location gallery supplies the precise outside-map sightlines.
- Match the bull’s silhouette to these sightlines. Check all nine positions until you have found the four active targets; use the shield’s gun, then return to the Arena for each summoned Gladiator. The targets sit outside normal walking space, so a room name alone is not enough to locate them.
Arena bull sightline. Danu Altar Room: look through the outside window. Ra Burial Chamber: look through the wall opening. Danu Tunnel bull sightline. Flooded Crypt bull sightline. Temple target near the Swordfish wallbuy. The Pit bull sightline. Odin–Zeus Temple Entrance bull sightline. Look toward the wall near the Odin–Zeus bridge. - Gather the team at the symbol on the Ra Altar Room obelisk and interact together. Watch its four successive glyphs. Tap those shapes into the helper in display order; it translates them to enemies and keeps your next target visible.
Decide who is calling targets before starting. Other players should avoid damage-over-time effects, traps and area attacks that might kill a later special enemy.
- Kill only the required special enemy type for the first symbol, then the second, third and fourth. Ordinary zombies can be cleared, but killing a wrong special fails the attempt. A white flash clears a successful display. Record the fresh second display and complete it too; eight symbols on the obelisk confirm the full Ra challenge.
If a run fails, read the new display before retrying. Do not reuse an old sequence or mark a target done because you damaged it; the required enemy must die.

Zeus — raise rods & charge four circles
- Have all players interact with the central Arena podium stone to enter the underground sequence. Shoot the four vertical rods in Odin Tunnel, Cursed Room, Danu Tunnel and Collapsed Tunnel until each stops rising. Back in the Arena, lead zombies into each electrical circle. Trigger Kill-O-Watt, then kill enemies while they are visibly stunned inside the circle.
- Each circle is finished when its rod electrifies and a nearby podium-bowl orb appears. A normal kill with a gun that happens to have Kill-O-Watt does not guarantee charge.
- When all four orbs are present, each player interacts with an orb together. Survive the resulting Gladiator/Brawler/Tiger attack using the unlimited Specialist until the lockdown ends.
- Use these four views to locate the rods underground. Keep shooting until each rod is fully raised; a rod that moved only partway is unfinished.
Odin Tunnel rod. Cursed Room rod. Danu Tunnel rod. Collapsed Tunnel rod. - Odin’s nine blue symbols now form three straight-line shots. Use an uncharged Death of Orion or Serket’s Kiss shot from each illustrated angle to pierce all three in that group. Match the sightline carefully; a lasting blue glow and sound confirm a group, while a brief flash does not.
These shots deliberately pass through walls. You do not need to see all three targets simultaneously. Adjust position as well as aim if a shot does not lock the group.
Danu Tunnel: use this angle and fire at the top of your jump. The Pit: align the symbols and aim at the middle of the visible glyph. The Crypts: aim just below the lower-left curve from this viewpoint. - After all three groups stay lit, have the whole team stand on the rear metal grate in The Pit for about twenty seconds. A sound and white transition start the defense. Kill every wave, including the Blightfathers, then collect the key that appears at the grate.
Stand together on this metal plate to begin The Pit defense. - Return to the Arena and find the red portal opposite your original spawn gate. Before the team interacts, repair the shield, refill ammunition, finish weapon upgrades and prepare your Specialist. The portal commits the run to the elephant arena.
Fury & Wrath — both elephant fights
- Clear the opening Tigers and Gladiators. When Fury enters, shoot the red weak points on its side armor until the armor breaks; then concentrate damage on its exposed forehead. Keep circling with room to dodge a charge, tusks and stomps, and clear riders/support enemies that interrupt you.
- A Pack-a-Punched Hellion Salvo is a strong damage option if acquired; a well-upgraded conventional damage weapon also works. Bring protection appropriate to explosives if using them close to yourself.
- After armor breaks, avoid the pursuing fire spikes. Sprint away or use the shield to intercept them; standing still to finish a damage burst can end the run.
- Use available Max Ammo drops to keep damage and crowd control flowing. Save Specialist use for being trapped or a dangerous support wave.
- Fury’s death is the midpoint. Survive until Wrath enters from the other gate, then repeat the armor-break and forehead damage cycle while avoiding its attacks. Keep the shield between you and dangerous projectiles. Defeating Wrath triggers the ending.
Death of Orion — guaranteed weapon route
- Complete three Arena banner challenges and collect the central cauldron. Pick up the chain to the left of Pack-a-Punch and the cog to its right in the Temple. Build the Acid Trap at the Danu or Ra Arena entrance, or on either Odin/Zeus stair trap point.
- After opening Pack-a-Punch, shoot the fire bowl through the broken opening at Danu–Ra Temple Entrance. From the Danu–Ra bridge, read the resulting fire arrow below: it points to the tower containing a stone head. Collect that head, place it on the grate under the Acid Trap and run the trap. Take the Scorpion Key when the acid stops.
- Danu: in the Arboretum water.
- Ra: behind a fire bowl in Burial Chamber.
- Zeus: bath corner near the stairs in Bath House.
- Odin: beside the large cauldron on the lowest floor.
- After collecting the key, maintain maximum green crowd affinity for the next complete round. Collect the jar gift after the announcer’s Serket line. In Danu Arboretum, melee the hole in the tree to insert the key, then put the jar below the dripping sap. Return on the next round and retrieve the filled jar.
A pickup round is not a full round. If the key does not insert, adjust your melee angle at the tree hole. Keep fire damage and crowd-directed grenades for the later dung step.
- Interact with the side of the Mystery Box to poison it; confirm its green glow. Buy the next weapon and take Death of Orion. Pack-a-Punch it into Serket’s Kiss. If you already obtained Orion from the box, skip this entire acquisition branch.
Optional Iron Bull shield upgrade
- Use the Brazen Bull gun on the three bull heads in Zeus Altar Room: ceiling, above the Mystery Box and above the Titan wallbuy. Shoot the sparkling component on the Temple ceiling and collect it from the floor.
- Perform four shield-blade ignitions: make eight shield melee kills, then make the ninth kill a special enemy. Use a different special type for each counted ignition: four distinct catalysts are a simple plan; Gladiator and Brawler also count. Replace the shield between sets. Collect the sparkling component in the broken statue’s hand at Odin–Zeus Temple Entrance.
Do this per player. Reusing a special type lights the blade but does not supply a new distinct ignition. Shield explosions can affect the next shield’s kill counter, so watch the blade gems rather than assuming a fresh zero.
- With the blade burning, melee-kill a Gladiator and a Brawler; these may be in separate ignition cycles. Take the final sparkling component above the doorway toward Collapsed Tunnel in Fallen Hero, then return to The Pit’s workbench for the Iron Bull.
Optional durability upgrade. The ordinary Brazen Bull completes the main quest, so leave this branch out of a first-clear route if it delays Danu or your perks.
Optional music & Odin’s free perk
- Shoot the four coins for Mad Hatter: Ra Burial Chamber behind boxes by the Mystery Box; Danu Entrance through the window beside the stairs; Odin Entrance behind the metal grate near the stairs; Zeus Altar Room at the statue base beside the Mystery Box.
- Collect the helmet from the spear stand by Odin Entrance’s Arena door, sword from the wall recess beside the KN-57 in The Crypts, and cup near the Ra Burial Chamber stairs at Danu–Ra Temple Entrance. Place them on the Odin Altar Room boat’s head, torso and bow respectively. Arc Wraith Fire from Zeus Altar Room onto the boat; return after seven rounds for a free perk.
