Key Features
Open the bunker and choose an escape route
- The ground-floor starting room connects to the Help room through the marked door. Buy that door for access to the fixed Mystery Box. The stairs in Spawn and Help both reach the same upper room; opening both completes a loop but also gives zombies two ways upstairs. Agree on which staircase to leave closed if camping.
- The Box stays in the Help room and costs 950 per roll. The Ray Gun is the wonder weapon; the flamethrower has regenerating fuel but overheats, and the heavy machine guns trade movement speed for ammunition. Keep a mobile wall weapon while buying doors rather than spending every point on rolls.
radio on the table - Upstairs, the cabinet above the Box room sells a scoped Kar98k for 1,500 points. It is an ordinary purchase, not the start of a hidden upgrade quest. Its slow handling makes it a poor panic weapon in the tight stairways.
cabinet on the second floor - There are no perk machines, power switch, traps or Pack-a-Punch. Plan around a single down ending a solo run. In the original solo version, rounds contain 24 zombies, so isolate the last one before exploring.
Move safely between the three rooms
- Rebuild a few boards while the first zombies are still outside, but watch the other windows rather than staring at one barrier. Carry a loaded weapon for travel; begin a reload before climbing a staircase, not while a zombie is blocking its exit.
- For an upstairs hold, teammates watch separate approaches and announce reloads. Once both staircases are open, use the entire loop instead of backing into the cabinet corner. Solo training is cramped: walk past a compact group only when the next room has an open exit.
- Reload before collecting Max Ammo and tell teammates before taking it. Use Insta-Kill to conserve ammunition, but avoid lunging into a group with the knife. An unreachable drop is rarely worth losing the run.
Side Quests
Mystery Box radio
- Shoot or melee the small radio on the table beside the Mystery Box. It starts a track; damage it again to skip to another. This is a music interaction and does not unlock a room, weapon or ending.
