Key Features
Perks, weapons and Pack-a-Punch
- Open the upstairs Jugger-Nog building and buy its MP5 as an early dependable weapon. Jugger-Nog is upstairs; the broken upper wall is an escape into the street. The bar opposite offers another upstairs escape. Check where each drop lands before jumping so you do not land in a horde or stand in lava.
Town Survival: Pack-a-Punch stands in the central lava. - Find Jugger-Nog upstairs in the burning building, Quick Revive upstairs in the bar, Stamin-Up downstairs in the bar, Speed Cola inside the bank and Double Tap beside the outdoor Box location. Tombstone is in the street in co-op Survival. Solo Quick Revive costs 500 and supplies up to three self-revives; Tombstone is absent in solo.
- Pack-a-Punch is already active in the central lava and costs 5,000. Save a slow zombie, let your health recover, approach by the shortest safe line and retrieve the weapon immediately. Have a teammate draw the last zombie away in co-op. There is no power switch or bank-door puzzle to complete.
- The Mystery Box moves between the upstairs bar and the outdoor corner by Double Tap. Use the light beam to find it. Keep a wall weapon as an ammo fallback and leave the stairs clear while someone buys. Galvaknuckles are a 6,000-point early melee investment; they do not replace a plan for later rounds.
Use the buildings as escape routes
- For a simple loop, gather zombies in the street, pass the bank or bar with an open path ahead, and fire after the crowd is bunched. If pressured upstairs, drop out through a broken wall and move immediately. Do not stay beneath the drop because teammates and zombies can land there.
- Lava weakens you and burning zombies burst on death. Jump cracks, avoid firing at a burning zombie beside your feet and wait for recovery before the next crossing. Explosive weapons can also hurt you here: Town does not have PhD Flopper.
- Split the main training space from an upstairs holding position rather than crossing each other’s route. Announce when leaving a building or reviving. Save money for replacement Jugger-Nog and ammo so one down does not force another dangerous Box trip.
Town in Grief
- The same street, lava and exposed upgrade machine become competitive hazards in Grief. Tombstone is not available in this mode. Treat a Box or Pack-a-Punch visit as a team operation: one player buys while another watches zombies and opponents.
- Grief pits two teams against the zombies. You cannot kill an opponent directly with bullets, but shots slow them and melee can push them. When the other team is completely down, your team still has to survive the remaining zombies to win. If both teams fail, the round can restart. Guard teammates and preserve an escape route instead of chasing an opponent into a corner.
- Most pickups benefit the team that collects them. Call out Max Ammo before anyone spends their last magazine; coordinate revives around Insta-Kill or a Nuke. The meat pickup attracts zombies to its landing point or the player it hits. Use it to redirect a crowd away from a revive. A Fire Sale opens Box opportunities for both teams, so check who controls each approach.
- Clear the approach before reviving. Opponents can obstruct the doorway or push an upright reviver; crouching makes you harder to displace. Do not dive onto a prone player: the collision can down both of you. Keep one teammate outside the rescue so a failed revive does not end your team.
Side Quests
Six perks with Tombstone — co-op Survival
- Buy three non-Tombstone perks, then Tombstone as your fourth. Before attempting the trick, save enough to buy the other two perks plus a new Tombstone when you respawn. Agree with a surviving teammate that they will finish the round and protect your retrieval route.
- Go down, use Tombstone’s give-up option, and let your teammate finish the round. When you return, leave the old tombstone pickup on the ground. Buy the two perks you did not previously own and buy Tombstone again, then collect the old marker before it expires. It restores the three stored perks and weapons, giving six perks in total.
- Collecting the old marker too early restores your earlier loadout before you can buy the missing perks. Dying again or letting it expire can lose that loadout. This is a deliberate co-op recovery trick, not a solo or Grief feature.
Other secrets and shared locations
- Town has no standalone main Easter egg. The bank building is present, but TranZit’s banking and Pack-a-Punch unlocking steps do not apply to this Survival arena. Its local teddy alone cannot activate TranZit’s three-location music secret.
